Yoga 4 Kids is Ocean County's Kid Only yoga program taught by social workers! Our yoga classes are infused with empowerment, mindfulness,

breath work, and social skills.

We offer multiple classes each week from preschoolers to age 18! We are located in Downtown Toms River. Cheryl Kasper has over 20 years working with children in her private practice, Cheryl Kasper LCSW/ Ocean County Social Skills.
