After 27 years in special education I have recently retired. I've always enjoyed crafting and using bright colors in my work. I have found a way to incorporate my love of tie-dye, bright colors and upcycling furniture and creating new pieces. I enjoy painting on furniture and bringing out the natural beauty in the grain of the wood. Until recently, I have only done pieces for family and friends. Soulsational Festival will be my first venture where I'm actually selling the pieces I make! My hope to is continue to grow and share my love of creating art into usable pieces for many to enjoy.
